Require.js support

We should consider setting up the library to be used with require.js. In the upcoming mootools 2.0 release they will be breaking everything down into AMD-based modules. I believe that this would also benefit us as it would provide a way of lazy loading components only as needed which means we wouldn't have to provide a "full" build or a builder that would only concatenate the parts a developer needed. Using require.js to load components in a modular fashion would be highly beneficial.
